Questions and answers
Is roaming included with du?
Not in the standard plans of the du price list we checked. Abroad you pay a pass or a daily charge, shown in the table above.
Can I use a travel eSIM with my du number?
Yes. Keep your du SIM for calls and texts and use the travel eSIM for data. Your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked.
Do I pay du anything when I use a travel eSIM?
Not for data, as long as data roaming is off on your du line. Calls and texts on your du number are charged as in its price list.
What if I forget to turn off roaming on du?
Then your du SIM can use data abroad at the du rates for that destination. Turn off data roaming for that line before you land.
