Does my phone support eSIM?

*#06#Dial *#06#. If you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM.
iPhoneSettings → Mobile Service (or Cellular): if you see “Add eSIM”, you're good.
AndroidSettings → SIMs (or SIM manager): you can add an eSIM there.

Your phone must be unlocked (no carrier lock).

Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, card or Revolut Pay.

Install the eSIM
With one tap on your phone – or with a QR code from a computer.

Roaming on, use the eSIM for data
At your destination, the eSIM connects to the network.

When does the plan start?

It says so on every plan: when you install it, or with the first connection.

Can I keep my normal SIM?

Yes. The eSIM is added as a second line. For mobile data you choose the eSIM.

Can I delete the eSIM and install it again?

No. An eSIM can only be installed once. Please don't delete it.

I have no internet. What now?

Check: data roaming on, mobile data via the eSIM – and the APN, if one is shown.

Can I buy more data?

For plans that can be topped up, yes – under “My eSIMs”, as long as the eSIM is still running.

Can I get my money back?

As long as the eSIM is not installed, you can refund it under “My eSIMs”.
