Questions and answers
Does Fastweb charge for roaming in the EU?
Not within the EU and EEA: under the EU roaming rules you use your Fastweb plan as at home, within fair use. The prices on this page apply outside the EU.
Can I use a travel eSIM with my Fastweb number?
Yes. Keep your Fastweb SIM for calls and texts and use the travel eSIM for data. Your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked.
Do I pay Fastweb anything when I use a travel eSIM?
Not for data, as long as data roaming is off on your Fastweb line. Calls and texts on your Fastweb number are charged as in its price list.
What if I forget to turn off roaming on Fastweb?
Then your Fastweb SIM can use data abroad at the Fastweb rates for that destination. Turn off data roaming for that line before you land.
