Questions and answers
Does Singtel charge for roaming in Europe?
Yes, unless your plan includes it. The current Singtel price list has paid options for Europe, shown in the table with source and date.
Can I use a travel eSIM with my Singtel number?
Yes. Keep your Singtel SIM for calls and texts and use the travel eSIM for data. Your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked.
Do I pay Singtel anything when I use a travel eSIM?
Not for data, as long as data roaming is off on your Singtel line. Calls and texts on your Singtel number are charged as in its price list.
What if I forget to turn off roaming on Singtel?
Then your Singtel SIM can use data abroad, and without an add-on Singtel charges per MB. Turn off data roaming for that line before you land.
