Questions and answers
Is roaming included with SK Telecom?
Not in the standard plans of the SK Telecom price list we checked. Abroad you pay a pass or a daily charge, shown in the table above.
Can I use a travel eSIM with my SK Telecom number?
Yes. Keep your SK Telecom SIM for calls and texts and use the travel eSIM for data. Your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked.
Do I pay SK Telecom anything when I use a travel eSIM?
Not for data, as long as data roaming is off on your SK Telecom line. Calls and texts on your SK Telecom number are charged as in its price list.
What if I forget to turn off roaming on SK Telecom?
Then your SK Telecom SIM can use data abroad at the SK Telecom rates for that destination. Turn off data roaming for that line before you land.
