Update the phone, join a Wi-Fi network and keep the QR code or install link from your provider at hand.
- Open the eSIM menu
Open Settings, search for eSIM and choose the option to add an eSIM or a mobile plan.
- Install the plan
Scan the QR code or enter the details by hand. Some phones also offer a one-tap install link.
- Choose the data SIM
Set the travel eSIM for mobile data and keep your SIM card for calls and texts.
